There are hundreds of companies in China that will sell you an excavator. Far fewer actually manufacture one. TUSKO Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer based in Linyi, Shandong Province, with in-house fabrication, assembly, hydraulic testing and pre-delivery inspection - and a fifteen-year record of exporting compact construction equipment.
The distinction is not marketing language; it changes what happens when you place an order. A trading company forwards your requirement to a factory it does not control, then adds margin. A manufacturer builds to your specification, controls the production schedule, inspects its own work and answers your technical questions with the people who actually assembled the machine.
At TUSKO, boom, arm, chassis and cab structures are fabricated on site, then machined, welded, shot-blasted and painted before assembly. Engines, hydraulics and electrical components are sourced from established suppliers - Kubota diesel engines and Hengli hydraulic systems among them - and each machine is run and tested before it is packed.
Consistency is what separates a factory from an assembler. Our quality process runs through the whole build, not just at the end:
Every export machine is supplied with CE documentation and is manufactured within an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Depending on the destination, we also provide certificates of origin, third-party pre-shipment inspection reports and market-specific conformity documents.
We are deliberately careful about certification claims. We will tell you exactly which certificates apply to your market and what they cover, rather than listing logos that have no bearing on your import clearance. If your country requires a specific conformity assessment, tell us before ordering and we will confirm what we can supply.
Our compact excavators, wheel loaders, forklifts, backhoes and road rollers work in more than fifty countries across Europe, Russia and Central Asia, the Middle East, Africa, South America and South East Asia. That experience shows up in small but valuable ways: the right documentation before your customs broker asks for it, packaging that survives a long sea voyage, and machines specified for the climate and ground conditions they will actually meet.
It also means we can advise on the practical details of importing - which ports handle construction machinery efficiently, what container configuration is most economical, and which spare parts you should hold locally to avoid downtime.
Buyers who distribute or hire out machinery often want their own identity on the product. We support OEM and ODM orders including custom paint colour, your own decal set and model designation, specification changes to suit your market, and packaging and manual customisation. Minimum quantities for private-label work are agreed per project, and we will tell you honestly whether your volume justifies it.
If you are comparing several Chinese suppliers, these checks separate real manufacturers from intermediaries:
We fabricate and assemble our own excavators in Linyi, Shandong, and we control production scheduling, testing and pre-delivery inspection on site. Engines and hydraulic components come from established suppliers, but the machine structure, assembly and quality process are ours.
We manufacture within an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and supply CE documentation with export machines. Depending on your market we can also provide certificates of origin, third-party inspection reports and other conformity documents. Tell us your country's requirements and we will confirm exactly what applies.
One unit for most markets. We ship single machines to contractors and farms as well as multi-container orders to distributors. Private-label OEM orders have a project-specific minimum quantity that we agree with you in advance.
Our team has built and exported construction equipment for more than fifteen years, and TUSKO machines now work in over fifty countries. Long-standing relationships with shipping lines, inspection agencies and component suppliers are a practical advantage when you need a machine delivered on a fixed date.
Yes. We regularly build to buyer specification, including engine and hydraulic variants, cab or canopy configuration, track type, paint colour, decals, model designation and manual language. Send us the specification you need and we will confirm feasibility, cost and lead time.
Yes, and we encourage it. You or your agent are welcome at our factory, and we can arrange independent third-party inspection on request. We also send photographs of your finished machine before it is packed, which many buyers use as a pre-shipment record.
Tell us your machine, quantity and destination port and our export team will send firm pricing, a container loading plan and lead time, normally within one working day.
