Every TUSKO mini excavator side by side: operating weight, engine model, engine power, boom and arm length, and travel speed. Use the chart to shortlist a class, then open the model page for the full specification and dimensions.
Short answer: our range runs from the 1,000 kg TK10 to the 10,000 kg TK100, with engine power rising from 7.5 kW to 67 kW and boom length from 1.2 m to 4.2 m. The table below lists the standard configuration of all ten models so you can compare them without opening ten separate pages.

|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| TK10 | 1,000 | Kubota D722 | 7.5 kW / 22.0 hp | 1,200 | 800 | 3.5 / 2.0 |
| TK17 | 1,800 | Kubota D902 | 11.8 kW / 16.0 hp | 1,828 | 950 / 1,100 | 4.3 / 2.9 |
| TK18 | 1,850 | Kubota D902 | 12.1 kW / 16.5 hp | 1,850 | 1,000 | 4.5 / 2.8 |

Weight in kg, lengths in mm, travel speed in km/h (high / low). Figures are for the standard configuration with standard bucket and may change with attachments, track width or cab options. Confirm the final specification on the quotation.
The operating weight tells you what trailer or container you need before it tells you anything about performance. Under 2 t tows behind a light truck; 3.5 t and above usually needs a low-bed.
Kilowatts per tonne is the useful comparison, not kilowatts alone. The TK25 carries 18.5 kW on 2.5 t; the TK100 carries 67 kW on 10 t. Both are balanced for their class rather than over-engined.
Longer boom and arm give more reach and digging depth but reduce breakout force. If you are trenching close to a wall, tail swing matters more than either number.
| Class | Typical work | Models |
|---|---|---|
| 1 t | Garden landscaping, plumbing and electrical trenches, rental fleets, access through a standard gate | TK10 |
| 1.8-2.6 t | Residential foundations, driveways, small demolition, the most common class for contractors | TK17, TK18, TK25, TK26 |
| 3.6-4.5 t | Roadworks, drainage, rental fleets with larger jobs, cab machines for full shifts | TK36, TK45 |
| 6-10 t | Quarry and mine support, bulk earthworks, heavier attachments, continuous production | TK60, TK80, TK100 |
Operating weight is the machine's total mass in working order, including fuel, hydraulic oil, coolant and the standard bucket, but without an operator. It determines transport requirements: a 1.8 t machine fits behind a light truck, while anything above 3.5 t usually needs a flatbed or a low-bed trailer.
Multiply kilowatts by 1.36. The 18.5 kW engine in the TK25 is about 25 hp. In practice, a 1 to 3 tonne machine sits between 7.5 and 20 kW, a 3 to 6 tonne machine between 25 and 40 kW, and an 8 to 10 tonne machine between 50 and 70 kW.
Boom and arm length set reach and digging depth. A longer arm increases reach and depth but reduces breakout force and lift capacity at the same hydraulic pressure, which is why two machines of the same weight can behave very differently on site.
Yes. The 1 tonne class is widely used by landscapers, plumbers, electricians and rental fleets because it passes through a standard garden gate and tows on a light trailer. For continuous trenching in hard ground or eight-hour shifts, a 1.8 to 2.6 tonne machine is usually more productive.
Yes. Figures are for the standard configuration with the standard bucket. Attachments, wider tracks, a cab instead of a canopy and different counterweights change the operating weight, so confirm the final specification on the quotation before booking transport.
